2. Booking and Reservations
All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via authorized agents.
Customers must provide accurate information including pickup location, date, time, and contact details.
Pioneer Limo reserves the right to confirm or decline any booking at its discretion.
A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit is received, as specified at the time of booking.
3. Payment
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, e-transfer, or other authorized methods.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service type.
Failure to pay according to the payment schedule may result in cancellation of your booking.
Prices are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed bookings.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or our website.
Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the type of service and timing:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows or late arrivals caused by the customer may result in forfeiture of payments.
5. Limousine No-Show and Late Arrival
Pioneer Limo strives to provide punctual service at all times.
In the rare event of a limo not on time Toronto or limousine no show, the customer should contact our support immediately.
Pioneer Limo may offer a refund, credit, or alternate transportation depending on the situation, traffic, weather, or unavoidable delays.
Pioneer Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup information and be ready at the scheduled time.
Any damage caused to the vehicle or property during service is the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during transportation.
7. Safety and Conduct
All passengers must wear seat belts where provided.
Smoking, alcohol consumption (unless pre-approved), and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.
Pioneer Limo reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if a passenger engages in unsafe or unlawful behavior.
8. Liability
Pioneer Limo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays or interruptions.
The company is not responsible for lost personal items; customers are encouraged to remove all belongings after each ride.
Liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
9. Privacy
Pioneer Limo respects your privacy. Personal data collected during bookings will only be used for service fulfillment, billing, and communication.
