Standard Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring a penalty.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for the scheduled service without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us using the following methods:

Please provide your booking details (such as date, time, and booking reference) to help us process your cancellation quickly.
3. Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events can occur. In special circumstances, such as medical emergencies or flight delays, we may offer flexibility in our cancellation policy. Please contact us directly to discuss any such situations.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services or promotional bookings may be non-refundable, including:
Deposits: Any deposit made to secure a booking may be non-refundable, depending on the service type and terms agreed upon.
Special Offers: Bookings made under certain promotional rates or special discounts may have non-refundable clauses. These will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
5. Amendments to Bookings
If you wish to change your booking details (e.g., time, date, or vehicle), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but any modifications made within 24 hours of the service may incur additional charges.
6. Late Arrivals
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Delays that exceed 30 minutes may result in a service cancellation and forfeiture of the payment.
