At Pioneer Limo, we are committed to providing the best limo services to ensure your satisfaction. However, if for any reason you need to request a refund, we’ve outlined our refund policy below.
Please read the following details carefully. By booking our services, you agree to our refund terms.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Cancellations: If you cancel your booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, you may be eligible for a refund.
Service Discrepancy: If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon terms or expectations (e.g., vehicle availability, service timing), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Payment Errors: In cases of overcharging, double charges, or payment errors, you may request a refund for the incorrect charges.
2. Cancellation and Refund Process
Cancellation Timeframe: To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. For cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking, no refund will be issued.
Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us at info@pioneerlimo.ca or call us at 800-966-6254. Include your booking details, such as your booking reference number, the reason for the cancellation or refund request, and any other relevant information.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your refund request, we will review the details and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Deposit Payments: If a deposit has been paid to secure your booking, it may be non-refundable, depending on the nature of the service and the terms agreed upon.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for the scheduled service without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
4. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, flight delays, etc.), we may consider exceptions to our refund policy. Please contact us directly with the relevant documentation for special consideration.
5. Refunds for Special Promotions or Offers
If you booked a service under a special promotion or discounted offer, the refund amount may be adjusted according to the terms of the promotion. Refunds for these services are subject to the promotional conditions outlined at the time of booking.
